What we collect

• Billing information: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Service data: the data you submit to use the product (for example, the records the features page describes). We use it only to operate the service for you.
• Usage logs: basic operational logs (timestamps, error rates) to keep the service reliable.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't use your service data to train models or for advertising.
• We don't share your data with third parties except the processors needed to run the service (hosting, Stripe for payments).

Retention and deletion

We keep service data for as long as your account is active and as required by the retention terms of your plan. When you cancel, you can export your data, and we delete it within 30 days of your request.

Your rights

Changes
